Sundry Creditor has two GSTIN. He supplies with both GSTINs. How to pass purchase vouchers take GST inputs ?

In that case you will have two options;

Option 1: Create separate ledgers with respective GST numbers and record purchase separately

Option 2: Enable option in F11: Features > Enable Multiple Addresses then you will get new option in party master as Set/alter multiple mailing details and you can enter multiple addresses with respective GST numbers and you will get option to select the address type while recording purchase voucher
