Saraswat Co-operative Bank account statement not able to importing in tally prime 7.1 for reconciliation . If I try to download full year bank statement from internet banking customer portal so lots of time not able to download and if it download so it is in mismatch format. I am getting errors "The bank statement cannot be imported because there are entries with invalid or missing transaction dates and amounts.". Bank statement in pdf format is proper but you can not import pdf file in tally prime. If you convert same pdf file in csv file with third party tool so it is not working. Is any one has any solution on this problem.

I got solution on this problem. Kindly contact your local bank officer. Ask him to download your bank statement excel format from his backend portal. Download this statement to your PC delete the first blank row, and also delete rows with penalty charges where the amounts are zero, as this will not affect your total balance. Save this file and try to import it will be successfully imported . Now, this file format will change to CSV.
